Answers to the main questionsF. What is the procedure for the service?
You can make the change directly online at moneyhouse. We then draw up all the documents, and after you have signed them we forward them to the appropriate commercial register. As soon as the changes have been published in the Swiss Official Gazette (the official publication of the Swiss Confederation), we will inform you by email.
F. What is included in the service?
The service includes advice from our lawyers, the preparation and forwarding of all the documents, and where required the public notarisation.
F. How much does the service cost?
All of the services stated above are included in the price. Depending on the type of change, the service costs from CHF 150 (e.g. entering or cancelling a person in the commercial register) and CHF 670 (e.g. changes to the company purpose incl. amendments to the articles of association). You will save up to 50% compared to third-party providers (e.g. lawyers, fiduciaries).
F. What is the benefit to you?
You no longer have to prepare the documentation yourself or consult a lawyer or fiduciary to take care of it. To put it briefly, you save yourself time, money and stress.
